COVID 19 Updates

To all in the Realtor community: It looks like the title companies and New Jersey State Bar Association are considering themselves essential businesses and will be conducting business on a limited basis. I will be operating on a full time basis in order to meet the needs of my real estate clients. Somehow we will work out closings in compliance with governmental regulations.

To my estate planning clients: I will complete documents for you and email or mail them to you to sign. We will send your Last Will and Testament, Living Will, Durable Power of Attorney and HIPAA to you to sign in your home. This is better than you not having any documents at all. When the social distancing restrictions are lifted, you may come to my office and sign in the presence of witnesses and a notary. I am in touch with members of the estate planning community and this is the consensus as three staff members are necessary for proper witnessing.
