John R. Pidgeon’s Diplomate in NJ Local Govt Law Renewed
John R. Pidgeon’s Diplomate in New Jersey Local Government Law was recently renewed by Rutgers University and the New Jersey Institute of Local Government Attorneys. Mr. Pidgeon was originally awarded a Diplomate in New Jersey Municipal Law after completing 84 hours of classes in legal aspects of land use, legal aspects of municipal labor relations, municipal tort liability, public lands and buildings, legal aspects of municipal procedure and legal aspects of municipal finance. In order to renew his Diplomate, Mr. Pidgeon completed continuing legal education courses in the new stormwater regulations, New Jersey lien laws, construction law, land use law and title insurance law.
