NJ Supreme Court Changes A Residential Real Estate Contract Rule

The New Jersey Supreme Court has decided that notice of disapproval of a residential real estate contract may be served by fax, e-mail, personal delivery or overnight mail with proof of delivery. The requirement of sending the notice via certified mail return receipt requested has been removed. The three day requirement remains in place.
