Pidgeon Law Teaching at Mercer County Bar Association Xtreme Boot Camp

Michael Pidgeon (left) and Mary Ann Pidgeon will present a class at the Mercer County Bar Association Xtreme Boot Camp on December 18, 2013, from 9 am to noon at the Bar Association office. Michael will address the information gathering issues in estate planning. The difficulties of dealing with problematic family members will also be addressed. Mary Ann will review the ethical issues of estate planning, including retainers and the need to terminate certain clients with a letter. The class is for attorneys with a practice in estate planning and newly admitted attorneys. Three credits of continuing legal education credits and two ethics credits will be offered.
