Mercer County’s First Time Homebuyer Program Seminar A Success!

Mary Ann Pidgeon was a guest speaker at the Mercer County First Time Homebuyer Program seminar, which was held in the Hamilton Township Public Library last month. The First Time Homebuyer Program offers financial assistance for down payment and closing cost assistance to qualified buyers living in Mercer County.

The program is for low income eligible households and the home must be owner-occupied. Mary Ann explained the process of buying a home, from looking for a home to the completion of closing. Amy Procaccino of Finance of America was at the seminar to provide information about the financing available.
